The irony is i JUST FORMATTED MY PC TODAY MORNING and while i was installing all my previous softwares (though i downloaded new ones too), I got infected by this virus. My Avira Antivirus does not start since all exe files are infected by this virus. I can't install any other virus since avira is installed which does not uninstall either

. I tried scanning with Kaspersky removal tool and it found all the virus files, but when kaspersky reboots to complete the disinfection, the virus files return.
