uninstall unlocker1.8.7.exe & SuperAntiSpyware prob

I just tried to uninstall unlocker1.8.7.exe via 'add/remove programs', the computer rebooted and unlocker is no longer in the program list but the shortcut is still on the desktop.
How can i remove it completely?

On a seperate not I tried to run a full scan with SuperAntiSpyware, the scan will run for about 5 seconds and then it just closes. Any idea whats going on there? Never had a problem with it before.
