PC Keeps rebooting

I discovered a virus called Trojan.PSW.Agent. AKBU or something or the other. I found a virus removal tool on the net Dr. Cure or something and it requires to go into safe mode to run it. I rebooted and then hit F8 and it would never go into safe mode. Now all it does it restarts over and over again. Can someone please help, I have so much on there that I dont want to lose.
