my welcome screen shows 586 messages unread all time

i have attached the problem. how to remove it. when i signed to yahoo account, that happened

Hi there :)

That message will appear if you have set up an email address in Outlook or Windows Live Hotmail to be attached to your user account. It is quite useless and annoying though to have it there.

To remove it, download a windows tweaking program by Microsoft by clicking HERE

After you install the program. Run it and locate "Logon" in the left pane. There you can click on "Unread Mail" and edit the setting under "Show unread mail on Welcome screen".


If this solution does not work for you, we can try something else.
