I got a 1G Bowman digital mp4 player for my birthday and it says on the box that I can download videos, pictures and music on it. I haven´´t yet tried putting pictures or music on it, but <i wanted to put a music video on it, but I can only put videos on it in AMV format. 1st I downloaded realplayer so I could lift videos from youtube, but had trouble finding a free converter online; I eventually installed a free/triaal version of AMV converter studio and ´converted´a few vids, and it seemed ok, but whilst in the movie section of the device, it says there are 3 movies, when I click play, a message comes up saying ´format error´. I saw this in a forum thread by momofive, but it wasn´t continued as the replier said she did not state the model specifics-can any1 help me. On the box it says: MG103

Could you give me clear steps on a converter I can use and how to fix the problem so I can see the videos on my player- Also when I try to watch the converted video on my computer, it says something like I don´t have a program to open the file.
