I'm not a techno-savvy person at all - so I'm going to describe my issues the best that I can. Please forgive my ignorance in advance.

Not sure what’s going on – but I need the expertise of you fine folks!

I’m operating on Vista.

First:
I’ve been able to use www.surfthechannel.com with no problems until recently. Now everytime I attempt to access the website, my window shuts down with the following message:

Internet Explorer has stopped working
Windows is checking for a solution to the problem

Then the pop-up window changes:

Internet explorer is restarting

A new widow opens up. If I try to enter the address again in the new window, I receive the following message:

A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

SECOND:
My most recent automatic updates are not installing. Specifically the IE 7 upgrade (I think this is the name of it) I am getting failed reports. When I follow the directions on how to correct thru Windows, they continue to fail.

Third:
I cannot get the upgrade for iTunes eject problem to work.
I've tried repeatedly to install, and it fails.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hello,

Sounds like a big problem... First, try to use firefox and open the same site see what will happen...

Secondly, Updates currently aren't going to have a success as mine also have lots of failed updates... So i could have the same problem... but my system are fine...

Thirdly, I don't use iTunes so I might can't help you on that...sorry..

Try this first... Thanks...
