viruses? (sorry i do not know what it is)

I am very sorry but I am not good with viruses and I do not know what kind of virus i have

well i have two questions
I just got back home and i go to look in my c folder and i had 25.5 gb of space...
the other day i had 111 gb im doing a virus scan right now and nothing was found ive been scanning for a half an hour now
i deleted at least 9 gbs of files but it says at 25.5

and the 2nd part is
i did a virus scan like 2 days ago and when it finished i looked at the results i28.tinypic.com/j8e4on.jpg

is this just something with the virus scanner or does itunes really have a virus ?
