Auto cleanup will not go away in Outlook

Everytime I launch Outlook, and try to send an email, the auto cleanup appears, and no matter what I do, and hit ok, it comes back. I can not send an email.

How could I just diable it? Or is there a fix.

not sure what you mean

Tools > mailbox clean up...I suspect you have too much stuff saved
