I have tried to download IE 8 and it doesn't open, and when I downloaded Windows or Microsoft problems it would not let me open them with it saying that it is not a valid win32 application. So I did a Windows File Scan and it says that files are missing or the files were replaced with files that don't work with it. I've been told that I would need to use my Windows XP Installation CD, but I don't have it on me. I am currently living in South Korea, so I don't that on me. Is there anyway for me to be able to replace those missing Window components? Thanks.
