Need help temporarily disabling Norton 360 to run ComboFix

I went into Norton 360 and unchecked the Auto-Protect and the Firewall, but ComboFix is still saying that Norton 360 Antivirus and Antispyware are still running. How can I fix this? i need this information to run ComboFix because I am trying to remove Troj/Rustok-N that has been affecting my computer for a few days now. Thank you in advance.

I believe you should be asking this in your Malware topic as the techs there are helping you out.
