Looks like Windows might have been doing an update.  Make sure it is done with updates.  Go to Settings, Update & Security, Windows Update.  IF there are no updates then View Optional Updates, See if there are any Driver Updates.

 

I'm in Melbourne Beach FL just south of the Cape.
