I set up two gmail accounts today for a friends' business. They were using outlook but were having problems. They have 3 incoming accounts; p1, p2, and info, and 2 gmail accounts; g1, g2.

Here is the setup:

1. Both g1 and g2 are to receive from info
2. g1 is to both send and receive from p1
3. g2 is to both send and receive from p2

I think (1) has been accomplished by linking them and opting to 'leave the emails in the original account'. I am worried that, because it is a POP account, the email will only be sent to either g1 OR g2 and not g1 AND g2. Is this the case?

(2) and (3) have both been accomplished, however this is where my main concern begins. The gmail account I created today (g2) has the tab entitled "accounts and import" whereas g1 (as well as my personal gmail account) has only Accounts.

I would like to import the address book from the POP account and/or outlook. g2 appears to have the option to import all of the contacts from the POP account under the Accounts and Import tab. g1 lacks this function. Is there any way that I can get to the 'Accounts and Import' tab from this other account?

Side note: is there a way to request confirmation that an email has been read in Gmail?

I hope this is both logical and legible. Thanks in advance as always for the help :)
