Hi

On my laptop the screen sometimes messes up producing weird blocks of pixels, and occasionally it recovers but it normally freezes and shuts down. This has occured during the bios screen, windows 7 partition, windows xp partition and ubuntu which was under windows 7. I'm not sure if it's a hardware or software problem.

I've tried reflashing my bios, updating the graphics driver and running a virus scan but to no avail.

Any help is much appreciated, thanks.
