My daughter has a 5 year old dell computer. She went upstairs a couple days ago to turn it on, and start playing on it, and when it gets to the welcome screen, it takes a really long time to load, and then she receives an error message. We are not sure how to get in to see what the problem is. After starting the computer up, and it runs and does its thing due to being shut down improperly... as soon as it hits the windows screen that starts to load, the keyboard then shuts down, and you can't do anything. It then sits for a long time before coming up with the below. Is there anything I can do? I am not sure why she is getting this, or how to get in to do anything about it.

STOP: c000021A
{Fatal Systom Error}

The stystem manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000026c
(0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has shut down

Thanks for any help in advance.
