I have reaserched the BestWebSearch Virus and have downloaded and ran the following programs in Safe Mode as Normal Mode will not allow me to;
ATF Cleaner
Dr.Web CureIt
MalewareBytes
Spybot Search and Destroy

Additionally I have tried to download Lavasoft As-Aware but receive an error Microsoft visual C++ runtime 9.0 service pack 1 could not be installed.

When I ran these programs at first in Safe Mode I did find viruses and removed them. When I run them now in Safe Mode it does not locate any but I am still unable to run in normal mode. Thoughts
