I think we have lost track of what is going on. I can't get past the BAD_POOL_CALLER screen at all. I can't download to the PC or view the directory. Did I miss something?

Oh, OK. I'm sorry.
Go to Dell's site, enter your computer service tag number, and look for its specifications.

Sorry for the slow response back on where I'm at with this issue. I ended up contacting Dell about the issue and they sent out a tech. The end result was that my hard drive had gone belly up and Dell replaced it. I didn't want to seen my hard drive back to Dell without seeing if I couldn't get any of my data off of it which I had to take to a local computer shop. The good news is they said they would be able to recover some data, but how much I will not know until I get it back. I see it as some is better than none. While I'm waiting on my data, I'm in the process of re-installing my software which is going fine.

Thanks for all the help on this. I learned a few things in this process.

Thanks to all again.
