Hi there,

I see that you are providing feedback when you have an open thread in the malware forum which you posted earlier this morning (well, by my time you did, anyway). As you have not had any response yet, what did you do to "instantly" restore your desktop? Were you following the Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide? It sure is a pretty good guide.

If you haven't followed the guide yet, get started on it now so you will be able to provide the diagnostic logs for the helper to properly diagnose your system and remove the nasties. :)

Hi, I didn't want to add another post about the same thing but I did want to send my thanks out to everyone on this forum. Though I have not posted my problems, through other post and solutions, I have solved two problems by using this forum. One being that nasty Antivirus Pro - just now actually. So many thanks to everyone, you are not only helping those who post their problems but those of us that lurk through the forum as well. :)
