D-link talk talk internet keeps cutting out

Hello, i've got problems with my internet that happened since yesterday morning my internet keeps cutting out every 1-15 min then restarting and is back on in 30 seconds. i've tryed restarted the router,doing a windows repair on the local network

i've got a d-link talk talk router

not amazing with computers so i came to you thanks in advance.
