Hi,

I've been having a couple of problems the last few months & I've been living with them but am getting a little sick of them so I thought I'd ask for some help:

1. Open Windows often hang. I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer waiting...
2. Open Windows sometimes close for no reason & I have to reopen everything.
3. Cursor sometimes moves all over the place for no reason.

I use AVG and have run Malwarebytes and nothing has been detected. I also ran the Disk Defrag. & SpywareBlaster.

Any thoughts?

Thank you.

Please download VEW and save it to your Desktop: http://images.malwar...om/vino/VEW.exe

Double-click VEW.exe then under Select log to query, select:
Application
System

Under Select type to list, select:
Critical (Vista only)
Error

Click the radio button for Number of events
Type 20 in the 1 to 20 box
Then click the Run button.
Notepad will open with the output log.

In Notepad, click Edit > Select all then Edit > Copy
Reply to this post, click in the reply window and press Ctrl+V on your keyboard to paste the log.
