Hi Transit

sorry it has taken me some time to get back to you... I had a semi catastrophic failure of my main computer and I have been working on it...

Anyways...do you have the device connected to the computer?

if not please connect the device...

If it is please shut down the computer and plug it into another Usb port.

reboot does the computer recognize your device now?

let me know how this works...

Good Luck
