Hy I keep receiving a windows installer cannot be accessed error message when trying to install anything.

try to install the newest windows installer ^^
you can download it on the offical windows page.

if i'm not wrong, you need SP2 or even SP3 to be able to install it.

hy sabrina, thanks but I already tried that, the problem won't let me install anything, everytime i try I receive the same error message.
