I have always wondered what cables/programs do computer shops use when you bring your tower in and they plug it up to check it out. I know they don't use the VGA.

Well if you mean stuff to use your computer and test it. We don't use anything a normal user doesn't have or have the ability to get. we have 6 monitors that will connect to a vga port and normal speakers. We have USB and PS2 mice we use obviously depending on the computers needs. and then we have a few transfer cables and power cables incase we need to save someones information.

If you wish to talk about programs there are lists and lists of programs we use and most of them are open for debate on which is the better program but all are freeware and going to www.download.com will get you a majority of what we use daily.
