Hi. Lately I have been getting several blue screen crashes with specific error messages. I purchased at Best Buy so I brought it in 2x to Geek Squad and the first time they said it was a virus and they did a System restore to factory settings. The day I got it back it started all over again. This time they said it was Norton 360 so they ininstalled it. I now use Kaspersky for anti-spyware and popup, and Windows defender for firewall, and I have router. I am still getting the error messages which are:
PAGE_DEFAULT _IN_NONPAGED_AREA
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
sYSTEM _SERVICE_EXCEPTION
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (MOST COMMON ERROR)
BUG_CODE_USB_DRIVER
I also get a error that doesn't crash the computer
" DISPLAY DRIVER nvlddmkm STOPPED RESPONDING"

Any help would be greatly appreciated
