all 4 com on router , but im only lagging

i been playing ro for 6months and the weird thing is yesterday i have those sudden lag and stuff. i can freeze for 40sec or maybe more than that. Other pple from the server is ok. Even people in my country that play that game have no problem too.
i dont figure it out. what is going on ? can anyone hlp ?
