font changes when pasted in Word

Working in Microsoft Word. When I copy and paste I'm getting this odd problem of where I lose formatting. The fonts also change on me; bolding, changing from Arial to Times which I have to go back and adjust. Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

97, 200, 2003?

in 2003, shouldnt be a prob
