For some reason net frame work 3.5 service pack 1 and net frame family update for net version 2.0 through 3.5 (KB95184) is not been installed on my computer this has happened before I was advised to unimstall all the net frame works and re insall them it lasts for 2/3 weeks then starts again can any one help please d davies

are those the only updates that fail or are there others too...
try The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility...get it here...you will have to scroll way down...
