I would install Graffiti CMS. It is basically a Blog/content application that runs on your website. My host Server Intellect installed it for me, but you can install pretty quickly if you can read directions. Once it is installed you can grab themes using google and start building the site from there. Makes life much easier and since most of the CMS stuff is CSS sites you can make easy changes without knowing HTML or code. Plus it has a web panel to login and admin your blogs post and users.
