39 Viruses lead to USB ports & volume corruption

I had 39 viruses on my computer. Dell has been supposed to help me for months now but each time I call in, they troubleshoot for 2 hours then say they'll have to research my problem and they will call back but they never do. Then I call back in and go through the exact same thing each time. I desperately need some help. I've done everything that was posted on this website under the cleaning guide, except for step six because my computer said it was dangerous. Please let me know how I can make sure that there isn't any more viruses hiding out on my computer and how can I get my USB ports & volume to work again. I also want to make sure that I have removed all the viruses and there isn't anything still hiding out on my computer. I greatly appreciate anyone's help!!

My devise manager shows an exclamation point next to the following:
Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB2 Enhanced Host Controller - 27CC
Microsoft WINMM WDM Audio Compatibility Driver
