I wasnt doing anything other then watching videos on youtube then got a popup i closed it then my computer froze and rebooted i tried opening the internet back up and got the CMD box open saying that so i tried opening other things and thats all i was getting, i found out that i could right click the program click run as and click ok and it would open. So i could get on stuff just fine but when i tried to use any antivirus program it wouldnt scan so i tried getting a new one but it wouldnt install. I was looking through these forums and found a similar problem that i didnt see was resolved. I tried running in safe mode and it didnt work. When i was reading it said to make a file of code in notpad called "Look.bat" with a few lines of code.
