downgrading to XP from Vista

I have Toshiba Settelite Series A205-S4777 model which came along with Vista Home Premium but i wanna shift to XP. can any one tel me from the basics?
I i have XP Pro with me but there is prob of SATA HDD so i cant start installation just like that with my bootable of XP.
any other hope??
