Hi everyone. Im having a really frustrating problem... I think about 4 or 5 months ago my comp was infected with a virus which, with the help of a kind person from this forum was removed but he told me that there was no way knowing if its been 100% removed for sure.

Now I think its returned!! My firefox takes me to the pages it wants me to regardless of what link i click on. Iv tried to save a hijackthis log for you guys to work with but unfortunately i cant seem to do it. the overall performance of the comp is also starting to be affected. The only info i can give now is that there is a unrecognised startup entry which has been added (not by me) which was not there before and even if i delete them they keep coming back.

monopod.exe

somebody please help!! this is soooo annoying!!

thank you.
