I'm looking into overclocking my system, I recently reinstalled Fallout3 and loaded it full with mods. Unfortunately, in places my system stutters, now I could just remove some mods, but when I built this system, I seem to remember the components were suitable for overclocking, it's been a while since I built it though, so in all honesty I don't remember for sure if that's the case and well, that's why I'm here

Performance Tips

I've read the sticky, so I'm reasonably confident I know what I'm doing, however when you mess with something as expensive as a PC, I like to be 100% sure
So a little summary, since I'm a little unsure as to whether or not I have the right stats:

So basically, I want to know, is this system safe to/worth overclocking? Do I have the right stats there? If so what do people suggest I raise and by how much? Which of those ram speeds is the right one, I'm sure it's the 400MHz ( since it's half of the DDR2 800 figure. )?
As I said this is the first time I've tried overclocking, so please excuse me if I seem overly cautious with my questions. I'm sure it will make more sense once I have all the information in front of me alongside the FAQ from this forum
