i have a compaq Presario desk top that i am trying to do a complete reinstall of windows xp. i am using the Recovery Tools CD. it goes so far then it says it does not reconize the windows EULA. what can i so to fix this? and then i tried another way. i started the comp then when into setup screen but i can do anything cuz it asked for a password, for the life of me i do not remember it. so what can i do? i sure do appreciate anyones help this is driving me insane.
