KOOBFACE - can someone please help?

Hi Guys -

Well, i've got the koobface...it's true. I'm at a loss for what to do, it's driving me nuts.

I read in another thread to download OTS.exe and paste the .txt file - well, i have the txt file if somoene can read it and provide the fix code for me.

i'm freaking out because i need this laptop for work and i'm leaving for germany tomorrow morning - so if someone can please help me right away - i'd be SUPER thankful!!! =)
