Ive got a virus on my laptop and I dont know how i gt it... Ive read a few other threads other people have made and it looks ike they have a similar problem, but ive tried removing the virus through them post but been unsuccessful.

Everytime I try to open Software such as Malwarebytes, Super anti spyware, windows malicious software removal tool its open for a few seconds then is closed down. Then once i try and click on it again it just come up with "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Ive tried verious methods to get round this which people have suggested such as renaming the file, opening in safe mode etc but nothing works.

Ive uninstalled and re installed the different software but it only let me open it once and then closes again after a few second and then i continue to get that same error message.

The virus is also effects my web browsing as when im searching to find a solution to remove it, it sometime redirects the page im loading to random pages..

Thanks for your help

Chris
