Big problem someone please help.

i tried to reinstall a programme called cubase sx for making music. now i am unable to enter the game as many errors appear regarding .dll files. It has come to my attention that C\:WINDOWS\system32 has dissappeared from the computer and i cannot use "regedit" in RUN anymore. also when i restart my computer everytime, an installation window appears of a program with no name. it leave the same files on the C\: drive everytime.. someone please help

what files is it leaving on the c:\ drive?

its ok sorted it out thanks..it was leavin a file called "bt" on the c drive
