Help booting from dvd r/rw if possible?

I just brought a new hard drive and a new dvd r/rw There is no Os on the hard drive I need to know how can I boot the os from the dvd r/rw.

You need to go into the BIOS and set the Boot Sequence so that the cdrom is the first boot device and the HD is the second.
Save and exit (Make sure the OS disk is already in the drive)
When booting you will see a message to Press any key to boot to cdrom press any key.
From there follow the prompts.

You must go into the BIOS setup first and change the boot order. So hit F1 on startup and change the Boot Order to read CDRom first then Hard Drive
