Sound not working anymore from my computer

Hi Geeks2go!

I recently installed a new itunes version and for some reason my audio suddenly stopped working and when I went to device manager, all I saw was a yellow question mark next to "Multimedia Audio Controller"
I'm having trouble looking for the right driver to get my audio working again.

Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (build 2600)
System Serial Number: CN137405C60054
Board: Dell Inc. 0CG815
System Mode: Dell Inc. OptiPlex GX280

And it's a desktop.
