Hi all.

My PC came with XP but for the last year I have been running Vista. Im now trying to put XP back on.

The Problem. I have formatted the HD, copied the install files and system reboots. When the system reboots it hangs on Verifiying DMI pool data.

I have tried running FIXMBR and still wont work. I notice in BIOS that the HD is not in the IDE 0 master or slave and wont find if I auto detect. My 2 dvd drives are on IDE 1 master and slave.

What do I need to do?
