We will do the scans once everything is backed up and safe.
IF all else fails we can do another Repair Installation or a Parallel Installation
One way or another a format and fresh install is the last step we will do.

INCLIDED ARE MY DOC, SEND TO,RECENTS AND FAVORITES...

I FOUND IT, JUST COPIED THE ENTIRE FOLDER TO THE USB DRIVE

IS THEIR ANY MORE FOLDERS OR FILES WHICH NEED TO BE SAVED

OK let's start with the hd first:

Run hard drive diagnostics: http://www.tacktech....ay.cfm?ttid=287
Make sure, you select tool, which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD (select "Write image file to disc" option), and make the CD bootable.

NOTE. If your hard drive is made by Toshiba, unfortunately, you're out of luck, because Toshiba doesn't provide any diagnostic tool.

ON THE CD BURNER, WILL THE (BURNCDCC) WORK FOR THE SAME ISO, I HAVE THE BURNCDCC ALL READY DOWNLOADED
