Internet typing

Whenever I start typing whble on the Internet, words erase themselve automatically, screen jumps to other functions on the screen. My typing is all over the place.
Have had my HD formatted and reinstalled my Vista but to no avail.
I am running the AVG full protection package and it cant find the problem.
In Words, there does't seem to be any problem when I type only on the internet. Even as I am typing in this forum, the cursor seems to go all over the place and making it difficult.
