After I ran the sfc /scannow it said that it found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them and then it said details were CBS.log windir/logs/CBS/CBS.log. I have no idea what this means, where I could find this CBS.log file, or how to fix it. Could anyone help me out, I don't know anything about computers? Thanks!

CBS.log is located in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder.
Open log in Notepad, delete everything UP TO a day, when you ran sfc, save the rest of the file and attach it to your next reply.

What kind of problems are you having with your computer?
