Cannot open windows Service.exe and lsass.exe will not open

I cannot load windows in any mode I have tried safe mode, and start form last know safe configuration and it just goes to a boxx that says the services.exe cannot open and lsass.exe cannot open and then it does it again services.exe cannot open and lsass.exe cannot open. And the it goes to black screen, if you open in safemode it goes to black screen with the safemode words in the corners but then that is it. I have push f12 and have it check evrything and it says everything is fine.
