acer media touchpad problem

Hello

I Got a acer aspire 6920 G , before I used to control the volume using CineDash Media Consol
Now it doesn't seem to have any effect when i use it.
the volume is not adjusting according to the touch pad :/

any suggestions ?

i managed to fixed it, tried to enable some disabled startups and it worked now I have to figure out what is the startup item required for it.
