WHEN I WAS DOING THE DOWNLOAD AND UPDATING OF THE HELP AND SUPPORT WITH VERIZON DSL, DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS IT SHUT OFF THE COMPUTER. SINCE THEN WHEN I TRY TO GO BACK TO THE PROCESS I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT I CANCELLED THE INSTALLATION AND TO WAIT FOR IT TO FINISH. NOTHING EVER HAPPENS. THEY ARE AS EASY TO CONTACT AS NOTHING SINCE THEY REMOVED THE OLD VERSION FOR THE NEW DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION. HOW CAN I GET THIS GOING AGAIN????
