Since my sister can barely right click, I've been trying to get her computer cleaned of some adware, spyware and trojans. I've made some progress.. but there are some things that I just haven't been able to get rid of. Here is a summary of what I have done to date. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Mike

Disabled System Restore

Ran CCleaner.exe and got rid of loads of old/temp things.

Ran AdAware (with Current updates and VX2 plug in)
VX2 Plug in says system is 'clean'
Will consistantly get 20-30 hits of XV2/Aurora, but they re-appear again the next scan.

Ran SpyBot (w/ current updates)
Usually clean
Immunized with SpyBot

Ran AVG Grisoft Anti-virus (w/current updates)
Clean (previously found several trojans.. and healed them)

Ran CWShredder
No results found

The following was NOT performed in Safe Mode. (Modem was not recognized in Safe Mode so internet connection was not possible)

Ran TrendMicro scan
Found 2 result:
Troj.Buddy.F File name: C:\WINDOWS\xldvhjbdrhu.exe
Troj.Stervis.C File name: C:\WINDOWS\Svcproc.exe

(was able to Delete using the Trend Micro "Delete" option, but the first one appears to regenerate randomly and quite frequently, sometimes with a slightly different filename)

Attempted to Run Symantec online scan but for some reason the Active X wouldn't load for this site.

Ran the Trojan Scan at the WindowsSecurity.com site. Results:
C:\Documents and settings\all users\application data\msw\Bma1.exe adware.Searcher.H
C:\Windows\Downloaded program files\popcaploader.dll Dialer
C:\Wndows\xldvhjbdrhu.exe Adware.BetterInternet

Ran EWido w/ current update. Results:
Bman1.exe (Cleaned)
xldvhjbdrhu.exe (Cleaned)
Spyware.dealhelper.ab (Cleaned)
Not-a-virus.pornware.popcap.b (Cleaned)
Spyware.Delf.r (Cleaned)
Trojan.Delf.cf (Cleaned)
Plus a couple cookies.

Rebooted computer
