My computer has gotten a virus on it and I dont even know where to start. I have a Dell inspiron laptop with windows xp. It has took away my drag and drop feature on the mouse, moved my start menu down where I cant move it up, will not let me access my system restore, will not let me scan my computer with the virus protection I have, will not let me click on any troubleshooting buttons. It also deleted all networks including all my intel wireless. So I cannot access the internet. Please help me get my laptop back going. I have alot of family pictures I dont need to loose. Thanks
