Hi I have a problem that needs help. I use windows XP professional.

I get regular pop up of security warning which i close with the x button and theres a yellow triangle warning sign on the bottom tray which opens into a browser popup if i double click on it. Every so often a windows installer opens on its own and I click cancel and close it with task manager. My hijack this log is below:

Please post the logs From Panda virus scan and HJT.log we will need them to remove previous infections that have left files on your system.

Hi thanks for the reply!

I did what you told me i have the panda scan log as follows. I also did the trendmicro online scan and deleted the file that they found, but they dont seem to make a log file.

I need your new HJT.log please

Use add remove program file uninstall the following:
C:\Program Files\Virtual Maid\Virtual Maid.dll

Download Pocket Killbox and unzip it; save it to your Desktop.
Run killbox and click the radio button that says Delete a file on reboot.
Copy and Paste them one at a time into the full path of file to delete box and click the red circle with a white cross in it.
The program will ask you if you want to reboot; say No each time until the last one has been pasted in where upon you should answer Yes.
