i have a windows server 2003 and I always get this message:

Center Microsoft service terminated.
.dll initialization routine failed
Event ID 7023 S
ource: service control manager
error 32

everytime this happens, i can't access any shared files on the server from a workstation. If I restart the server, all is well then the service will terminate and then I'll get cut off from the shared folder. It can happen within the hour, or even after 3 hour or even afte a day. It's frustrating!
