windows not updating 80072efd

My windows will not update it displays error code 80072efd i looke up the error and followed the command prompts net stop wuauserv and net start wuauserv it restarted updates an then the same message appears windows cant update. now my windows defender cant download definitions. And, my Norton antivirus cant live update. please help
